We had a fantastic value for our money with spacious and modern apartments that had fully-equipped kitchens. The location was perfect, not too close to the busy city center but still within walking distance to great dining and shopping options. The staff, especially Merryn at reception, were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure a hassle-free check-in and stay.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

Useful base for exploring Perth. Fancy and bright hotel with a modern design. Very friendly efficient staff and fully-equipped rooms with smart TV and WIFI, for instance. Excellent location as only 5 minutes to Queens Gardens. Walking distance to a shopping mall and convenience stores across the street. The attached restaurant on the premises.

Baileys Serviced Apartments really impressed us with its cleanliness, spaciousness, and well-equipped kitchen. We were also grateful for the efficient staff who helped us during a fire alarm incident and the subsequent blackout. Despite these minor inconveniences, we still highly recommend Baileys to our friends. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel's location is ideal, as it is conveniently close to downtown shopping and great restaurants. It's also near convenient shops and free transportation via CAT buses around the city. The cleanliness is impressive, and the parking facilities are secure.

The location of the apartments was extremely convenient. We were able to walk to many great restaurants and shops and the area was not too crowded. we appreciated the daily cleaning service and modern amenities offered in the apartments.

The pillows provided were not the most comfortable and could have been of better quality. however, we had a great experience during our city break.

The location of this serviced apartment is ideal, as it is close to the city center and everything you need. You can find small mini markets, convenient shops, and very good restaurants nearby. The free CAT bus line and bus stop are within walking distance, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious, well maintained and equipped with air-conditioning, washer/dryer, and coffee machine. The ample underground parking is also a great advantage.

The soundproofing could be improved to avoid noises from the gym or restaurants nearby.
